Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "You") and bmw55ph ("bmw55ph", "We", "Us", "Our", "the Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the bmw55ph website, or using any product or service offered by bmw55ph — including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, bingo, and any related promotional offerings — you are confirming your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

Account Registration & Security

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on bmw55ph. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. bmw55ph employs technical and manual checks to detect duplicate accounts; any additional accounts detected will be closed, and any associated bonuses or winnings may be forfeited.

When registering your bmw55ph account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You further agree to maintain and update this information as necessary to keep it accurate and complete at all times. bmw55ph is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the User.

The following account security obligations apply to all bmw55ph registered users:

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on bmw55ph are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). bmw55ph supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

All funds deposited into your bmw55ph account must originate from a payment source that is legally owned by you and registered in your name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits made using payment accounts belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and reversal of the relevant transactions.

The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal activities:

The following general bonus conditions apply across all bmw55ph promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• No Cash Alternative: Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value unless explicitly converted to withdrawable funds by satisfying all applicable wagering requirements.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bmw55ph platform. Engaging in any of the below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to the relevant authorities where applicable:

bmw55ph's aggregate liability to any individual user for any claim arising in connection with the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the twelve (12) months preceding the relevant claim.

• Service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain account security.

• Any tax, duty, or levy applicable to your winnings under Philippine law or the laws of your jurisdiction.

bmw55ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, where bmw55ph determines — at its sole reasonable discretion — that any of the following circumstances apply:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• You have provided false or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• There is reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or other financial crime involving your account.
• You are found to be under the age of 21.
• You have registered or operated more than one account.
• bmw55ph is required to do so by a regulatory authority, court order, or applicable law.
• Continued operation of your account poses a risk to bmw55ph, its other users, or its regulatory standing.

Upon account closure for a breach of these Terms, bmw55ph reserves the right to withhold any remaining account balance pending investigation. Where closure is not due to a breach by the user, any verified account balance will be returned to the user through their registered payment method, subject to completion of applicable verification requirements.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting bmw55ph customer support. Account closure requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any pending transactions or active wagers being settled first.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to any conflicts of law principles. The regulatory framework applicable to bmw55ph is that of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, your account, or your use of bmw55ph, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through bmw55ph's internal customer support and dispute resolution process. By accepting these Terms, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for any dispute that cannot be resolved through the above processes.

Amendments to These Terms

bmw55ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.

Where amendments are material — meaning they substantially affect your rights or obligations as a user — bmw55ph will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice via registered email address or in-platform notification. Non-material amendments (such as formatting corrections, typographical fixes, or clarifications that do not alter the substance of the Terms) may be made without specific notice.

Your continued access to or use of bmw55ph following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, your sole remedy is to close your account and cease using the platform.
